*Recently within NSW and VIC we have experienced severe and widespread rural flooding events have caused, and continue to have, significant logistical impacts for businesses across the country. Our freight carriers have advised due to the above have had significant disruptions to services on the rail line between the eastern seaboard capital cities and Perth, caused by the heavy rain and flooding across regional New South Wales and Victoria.

This will result in 7-14 day delays on-top of existing transit times meaning that parcels could take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered to Western Australia. 

We would advise that parcels heading to WA are sent via an express service otherwise the parcel is at risk to delays.
