SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LOFG CLUBHAUS PTY LTD. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2-5 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Shipment Locations

LOFG CLUBHAUS PTY LTD. ships domestically & internationally. If you have a question about domestic deliveries, please contact us at shop@lofgolf.com.

Shipping Restrictions Our company does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

IMPORTANT: During high-frequency traffic periods (delivery and sale periods) please allow up to two - seven business days for processing on all deliveries including the express delivery options. Also, keep in mind the express option is always sent priority. 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email or message from our team

 * Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

* Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

* Express orders placed weekdays before 2pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day. *Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post or the Courier Company.

Please note: Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date: Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier. Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

Tracking Options

LOFG CLUBHAUS PTY LTD. aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Domestic and International

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking & are sent via Australian Post. International orders are sent with either Australia Post, FEDEX, DHL, UPS OR USPS. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. LOFG CLUBHAUS PTY LTD. is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

Damages If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at shop@lofgolf.com.

Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. LOFG CLUBHAUS PTY LTD. politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at shop@lofgolf.com to report missing or lost packages.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@lofgolf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges. 

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. 

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

All Gift Card/s purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for for cash.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
